We are searching for a Skype for Business Administrator to work in Valencia, Spain.
 
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business, Microsoft Active Directory Services, On-premises and Online, implementation and troubleshooting experience in a large operational environment
  • Experience in designing, requirements analysis, deploying and testing Microsoft Lync\Skype for Business in Expanded configuration in multi-location environments with Edge servers, Directors, and hardware load balancing
  • Experience in designing, deploying and testing MS Lync/Skype for Business in telephony service configuration with ancillary systems such as telephony gateways and PBX systems.
  • Experience in Windows administration and scripting and shall have experience documenting and instructing other teams how to provide operational support to the delivered directory synchronization solution.
  • Be familiar with implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory in a multiple forest environment.
  • Ability to install and configure Lync/Skype for Business.
  • Ability to implement Lync Conferencing features:
  • Ability to implement Lync External Connectivity
  • Knowledge of Lync Enterprise Voice and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) foundations, SIP protocol, G711, RTAudio Codecs and ability to manage and troubleshoot the outbound and inbound voice routing configurations, SIP trunks and Direct SIP connections.
 
  Main Responsibilities:
  • Support, maintain and optimize the deployed Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business infrastructure.
  • Resolve incidents, implement and participate on the problem resolutions.
  • Design, develop and deploy Skype for Business and Unified Messaging solutions for ICC and its partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement service and system monitoring, alerting and reporting of the Lync/Skype for Business service
  • Collaborate with other teams to define and develop documented procedures
  • Stand-by services during weekends, official holidays and outside business hours if required.
