We are looking for a Cloud Identity Support Engineer
for project based in Lisbon.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Resolution of technical support incidents related to supporting customer development and deployments.
- Resolve technical customer issues.
- Case reviews and troubleshooting.
- Interaction and interface with various levels of management among costumers and other parties.
- Knowledge related to Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Services/Azure Active Directory
- Windows System Administrator with Active Directory knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Troubleshooting skills on AADSync or AAD Connect
- Troubleshooting skills in Network and DNS
- Background in Microsoft products and technologies
