We are looking for a Cloud Identity Support Engineer for project based in Lisbon.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Resolution of technical support incidents related to supporting customer development and deployments.
  • Resolve technical customer issues.
  • Case reviews and troubleshooting.
  • Interaction and interface with various levels of management among costumers and other parties.
Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge related to Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Services/Azure Active Directory
  • Windows System Administrator with Active Directory knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Troubleshooting skills on AADSync or AAD Connect
  • Troubleshooting skills in Network and DNS
  • Background in Microsoft products and technologies
